At Samwise Studio, every order is packed with care from our studio in Chicago, Illinois. Because many of our products are made-to-order, shipping timelines vary depending on the item.
We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS, depending on your order size and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping.
Please Note:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package leaves our studio.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require a reshipping fee.
We currently ship only within the United States. If you're outside the U.S., reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
If your order arrives damaged or something doesn’t look quite right, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at hello@samwisestudio.com with photos and a brief description. We’ll be happy to help however we can.
