At Samwise Studio, every item is thoughtfully designed and made with intention Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We kindly ask that you double-check all details, including spelling, dates, and addresses, before giving final approval on any proofs. Once you've approved a design, it goes directly into production and cannot be modified or canceled.
That said, we care deeply about your experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please email us at hello@samwisestudio.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll be happy to assess the situation and determine the best next steps.

- Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed pieces. We do our best to provide accurate digital previews, but slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
- Shipping delays caused by carriers are unfortunately out of our control and not grounds for refund.
- For custom and semi-custom projects, we maintain a detailed approval process to ensure your satisfaction before anything is printed or shipped.
