Frequently asked questions
Most projects run 10–14 weeks from inquiry to delivery. This includes discovery, design, revisions, print production, and shipping. Rush timelines may be available depending on scope. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM DESIGN TAKE?
Yes. We work closely with trusted print partners and manage production from start to finish. We’ll walk you through paper options, print methods, and finishes to ensure everything feels cohesive and considered. We also mail all invitations from our studio if you choose!
Do you handle printing and MAILING?
We tend to start projects anywhere between 6 to 12 months out from your event date. This allows for a seamless design experience without feeling rushed.
How far in advance should we book?
Once you give final approval, orders typically go to print within 2-3 business days. Print production runs 2–6 weeks depending on the method (letterpress, foil, digital), and shipping takes an additional 2–7 business days. From there, we assemble and mail suites, which can take an additional 2-4 weeks.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT AFTER FINAL APPROVAL?
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are available at an hourly rate. This is why we invest time upfront in discovery! The better we align on vision early, the smoother the process.
HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?
A revision round covers one consolidated set of changes. We ask that you gather all feedback before submitting so we can address everything at once and keep the project moving. This can include layout and formatting, spelling, or design elements. Please keep in mind that significant changes (ie. changing a printing method) will require new project quotes.
WHAT COUNTS AS A REVISION?
Yes! While weddings are our specialty, we love working on birthdays, showers, galas, mitzvahs, and other celebrations. Reach out and tell us about your event. We'd love to help!
